Good review, amazing book – but agree the lack of knowledge about Moore discredits this somewhat “In 1985, by now a writer for at least five years” – hah!

after reading 3 paragraphs of this article, i am so disgusted by the lack of research – or rather the surfeit of inaccurate statements – that i am not even going to glance at the rest.
if you don’t know about something, why pretend you do?
