They're All At It
Good news from Spike contributor and black-clad workaholic Antony Johnston - apparently he's just landed a book deal for his graphic novel Frightening Curves. FC has been published episodically on the Web, combining lush illustration with tradtional text narrative, and has had a pretty rapturous reception.

On a different note, Chris Hall (Spike's resident Ballard fanatic) tells me that Jeanette Winterson is taking over from Will Self writing a regular column for Building Design magazine. We've got a Will Self interview due to be published on Spike very shortly about Sore Sites, his collection of columns for that selfsame magazine and his new novel How The Dead Live.
