Orpheus Emerged

A previously unpublished novella by Jack Kerouac has been made available as an e-book from barnesandnoble.com. Orpheus Emerged was apparently written early on in Kerouac's career, and has characters who are little more than cyphers for his two friends Ginsberg and Burroughs. The Guardian has more about the novella. I've never understood the fuss about Kerouac personally, but still...
