There hasn�t been much to say lately. Keeping things ungarrulous, here�s a site I haven�t seen before: www.philiplarkin.com. If the mark of a good poet is placing lines in a reader�s head, then Larkin is good. But why put it into words?

There�s a nice piece by James Fenton on Larkin in the latest edition of the New York Review of Books. Nice title too: �Wounded by Un-Shrapnel�.
