Dudley Moore’s gone off to join Peter Cook at the big boozer in the sky. Not unexpected, but still a shame. Strangely, there doesn’t seem to be a site devoted to Dud in the same way as the Peter Cook Appreciation Society, although the latter naturally covers all of P & D’s colloborative work. What is it with dead comics at this time of year?
