Scary stuff

Spike contributor Antony Johnston has just been awarded the Best Horror Novel award for 2002 by the Independent Publisher Book Awards - an IPPY, as it's known in the trade. The IPPY was awarded for Frightening Curves, which was written by Antony and illustrated by Aman Chaudhary. Even before the IPPY, Frightening Curves enjoyed an enthusiastic reception and endorsement from the likes of Warren Ellis.
