Been enjoying surfing round blogs recently - plasticbag and kottke are two favourites, both long-running blogs that deservedly get namechecked by most other blogs due to their longevity and authors’ discipline in managing to post most days while saying something intelligent to boot. Nextblog is a great little script which takes you to a random blog each time you click the link - there’s a lot of crap out there, but a fair amount of random enlightenment too. Or maybe just voyeurism. If you visit the Blogger site, you can add Nextblog to your link bar in IE and use it to click through to a new blog whenever you want.
Bookmunch is a new (new to me anyway) UK book site with interview, features, reviews etc etc - good interview with Melanie McGrath about her new book amongst other things.
