Gore Amis
No, not an instruction, but a TV show. My Montana correspondent informs me that tomorrow The Charlie Rose Show, on most PBS stations in the US, broadcasts an interview with Martin Amis and Gore Vidal. They used to have things like that on TV over here. Sigh.
