What does FIFA stand for?

Last year, Rio Ferdinand, a defender crucial to England’s Euro2004 campaign, missed a drugs test due to the incompetence of the FA, and was subsequently banned for eight months. Today, this story: Croatia striker Ivica Olic has tested positive for a banned substance at the European Championship but will be allowed to continue playing.

However, he did pass FIFA’s most important test, which proved he isn’t English.
