The Story of The Story of a Life

Library Journal says that the reissue of Aharon Appelfeld's "memoir" The Story of a Life "is even more amazing than his award-winning fiction, and not just because he escaped from a Nazi labor camp as a child and survived for a time in the forest." It's perhaps more amazing that it was originally published as a novel and its original title Tzili: the story of a life suggests that it is about someone other than the author, which it is, because Tzili is a (fictional) little girl. Unless it's a different book.

Aswell as the Appelfeld, this is something I wouldn't mind a review copy of. Ahem.
