There’s been a rash of fuckwittery in the States recently - no, besides the election - involving books getting banned for the most jawdroppingly stupid reasons. Bookslut and Censoround (a blog dedicated to covering banned books) have kept tabs on them over the last couple of weeks. An Open Letter to Kurt & Karen Krueger, Proponents of Book Banning is a succinct response.
I can’t believe it even needs to be said. There’s a lot of things these days that I can’t believe need to be said.
