Just stuck a list of spike's top 10 most popular files on the site's home page. That list is from the November stats, so I'll update it each month. Probably. Unsurprisingly, it's the files that feature rude pictures (Customised Body), porn (Annabel Chong) and chocolate-flavoured genitals (The Man Whose Penis Made Him Locally Famous) which feature heavily. Still, I am heartened that the Derek Jarman profile sits back to back with the Death Row Records feature.

Turns out that the Customised Body feature about body modification is wildly popular thanks to Google's image search. Search on there for "cock" and Spike's Customised Body page comes up number one with a photo of, unarguably, a cock. The thing with Google is that it does display the whole page the image comes from, so it's a valid way of people to read the article. But I imagine they just want to look at the pictures.

So then. Most popular search term that brings people to spike, by a great order of magnitude, is "cock". I'm so proud.
