Wolves among men

The more I think of it, the odder it seems to see a book about wolves and the USA reviewed in the Daily Telegraph.

Whatever, the review jolted into life a childhood memory of reading Jack London's White Fang in school. Or rather, listening to it being read. I remember dialogue along the lines of "He ain't got no spunk left", which raised a titter from the class.

The book also reminds me to look for words about Superwolf, the new LP by Bonnie 'Prince' Billy. --Opens dusty cupboard-- (Despite some promising moments, it's disappointing).
