Splinters

Splinters friend Halvard Halvorsen has recently launched AceCast.com, which provides bespoke podcasts. What that means is that Halvard pulls together a bunch of tracks he likes that are freely (and legally) available on the Web, sticks them together in one file with his smooth tones discussing the tracks inbetween, and then provides it as one big file for you to download and enjoy. At least I think that's how it works. There's more info on podcasting etc at AceCast. Once I get a decent internet connection, I'm looking forward to getting my hands on more stuff like this.

Has anyone got recommendations for other good podcasts?
