Posting Pictures On The Web

Nick's been doing some sterling stuff over at Ty Bach - he's refocussed his blog to showcase particular images he's been snapping and appending his thoughts to each one. Nick's got a great eye for small details - each image is a cracker. I particularly liked the look of this one and the thoughts added to this one. You can see all the various now-nearly-iconic articles Nick wrote for Spike through the Spike Google Search.

Nick's pics have made me want to finally invest in a cameraphone - with the advent of Flickr, it's now easy to quickly take snaps and post them straight to the Web. More importantly, Flickr's popularity means that it's a whole new space to come into contact with other people through threads that don't necessarily get explored in blogs or what have you.

So - I'm in the market for a cameraphone. Anyone got any suggestions about what make and model to get? I don't need something achingly state of the art, just something with a decent enough camera on it and an interface that makes it a snap to post to Flickr. I'm a Nokia fan at heart, but might be willing to change. If it's more than six months old I can probably pick it up second hand out here - the Thais love having the latest mobile...
