Names that tune

With the news of the death of Dr Robert Moog, it's interesting to note how appropriate the names of the inventors of instruments are. Moog invented his synthesiser, Leon Theremin invented the theremin, Adolphe Sax invented the saxophone. And then there's Gerald Euphonium.
