I reviewed Ben Myers' excellent The Book Of Fuck a while ago, and it's about to be published in Italy under the title "Il Dio Della Scopota". Mr Myers walks it like he talks it - not only has he written numerous genre-redefining rock biogs, including John Lydon and American Heretics, he also runs his own record label Captains Of Industry.
