Brendan Wolfe: The Beiderbecke Affair

Written by:Chris Mitchell.

Brendan Wolfe wrote about his time in South Korea for Spike a while ago. (I’ve up and moved his article to my dedicated travel site travelhappy now). As well as travelling, Brendan’s also keen on books, which is covered on his nice-looking blog The Beiderbecke Affair. (Yes, it the same name as that old British TV series and yes, Brendan gets a ton of traffic coming to him looking for it). Posts right now on TBA include a good mashup of stuff about the dislocation of being back in Iowa after living in Korea, Found Art, Norman G. Finkelstein and James Alan McPherson - there’s a lot of items here that you won’t trip over in the usual litblog rounds. Brendan also recently wrote a cracking review of the new Absolute Watchmen for January Magazine. Even though it sounds like total overload, I so want it.
