Confessions of an Economic Hit Man
Haven't seen anything in the litblogosphere yet about John Perkins' memoir Confessions of an Economic Hit Man. So here is something. His interview with Amy Goodman includes an exemplary story about Ecuador (link via OhMyLiver). The Guardian has also run a sympathetic interview, presumably its own hitwoman Emma Brockes was busy strangling animals somewhere.

I got given Confessions for Christmas. Just read the first few pages and it looks like one of those “I’m going to get very angry reading this” books.
