Will Self on the pain of trying to acquire quotation rights to that early 80s masterpiece "Rhythm Is A Dancer".

    Wonderful! I always said that was one seriously under-rated lyric from the great Snap. Such subtlety, such tastefullness….

    If it was used without permission Snap’s lawyer should send a message demanding cessation….

    Perhaps a semiotic analysis of the whole ‘were going to ringer rang-er a dong for a holleeday’ thing, erm thang is in order paying particular attention to the hegimonic relationship to The Sugar Hill Gang

    also they appear to be related to The Chuckle Brothers
