Wanking For Blank Cheques - A Catholic Critique
Bookseller Magazine presents the Diagram Prize shortlist, where the magazine awards the book with the “oddest title of the year”. This year’s shortlist includes I Was Tortured by the Pygmie Love Queen, and How To Write a How To Write Book.  But aside from those like this, and my hee-larious imaginary title, which at least seem to be going out of their way to be “zany”, there is the less showy and more impressive - People Who Mattered in Southend and Beyond: From King Canute to Doctor Feelgood.  Subtler, stranger, and which sounds like it actually may be a damned interesting read. Well done that woman Dee Gordon.
