Amazing recently discovered footage of H P Lovecraft - previously thought never to have been filmed - explaining the thoughts under-writing his writing.

Except in fact...... SPOILER ALERT.....its not real. HP was never remotely famous enough in his lifetime to merit such an interview. Its a rather well made hoax hatched by some film-makers to promote their movie about everyone's favourite tentacled armageddonite Cthulhu. It certainly took me in for a bit, so well done chaps. I like the idea of HP talking just like Truman Capote too.
Dam… and there was me thinking this was the real thing. Regardless will still always love Lovecraft… although I have never seen a film based on his book that would ever do his prose justice. While I’m on the subject, does any body out know if any one has been mad enough to try and put Borges on the screen… now that would be a challange.
