I have just learnt, belatedly,  that Dave Hann,  the anti-fascist fighter and co-author of No Retreat  died late last year.I interviewed Dave for Spike way back in 2004, he seemed like a good guy, and he talked a lot of sense about the sickly and sickening menace of the far-right. My best wishes go out to his friends and family.
